When working with proxies, the user can face a problem which, at first sight, should not happen at all. The point is that DNS (Domain Name Service is service mapping web-site names (e.g., www.xxxxx.ru) to IP addresses (e. g. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)) can designate one resource to several domain names.

Web-server name has several IPs, but only one of them belongs to proxy, i.e. it’s the matter of chance if you connect to the proxy server or not. Another delicate specifics of working with proxies is when using several programs, after the request with the proxy server name was sent, you will get list of various IP where DIFFERENT servers are located.

To avoid this situation, we advise you to use the following method:

  1. Filtering all proxies in the specific domain (for example, .uk domain);
  2. Converting server names into IP addresses ( special software is required because some servers may have several IP addresses);
